Is Covid-19 affecting business?Our prints are manufactured, packaged and shipped by a third party platform, who have multiple back-up facilities. So while we are ensuring the timely fulfillment of the orders, shipping carriers are the ones causing delays. We ask for your patience. Orders may be delayed, but they are definitely being processed. So please order ahead of time.

I placed my order. May I cancel?Due to our print on demand business model, we are unable to offer cancellations on orders once they are placed. Let us be fully transparent with you. Once an order comes in, we immediately send it to be printed and shipped. This third party charges us for the job right away - it is automated. So once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel the print/shipping order. So when you, the customer, decides to change their mind and wants to cancel the order with us, we still get charged for the printing and shipping. While we can redirect the item to us, we do not carry inventory. We have no need for inventory, since we are a print on demand model - we only print what is ordered. So we have no use for this redirected item and it is a financial hit for a small business like ours So before placing an order think long and hard.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?While we do not have a return or refund policy, we aren't corporate monsters! If by any chance your item does arrive damaged, please let us know right away by emailing us at studio324info@gmail.com and provide us with photos of the damage. For damaged items, we cannot offer a refund but will reship a new item at no extra cost to you.

Do you have other travel posters that are not on your site?We make sure to update our website with our latest travel posters. So if there is a specific destination you are looking for, and you don't see it, it means we don't have it yet. We do take suggestions all the time, and currently have over 20 illustrations lined up. Do you do custom work?Unfortunately, we do not do any commissioned artwork due to our current work load. However, we are always taking city suggestions from travel lovers! So feel free to email us at studio324info@gmail.com

Can I order your work as digital downloads?It takes us weeks to illustrate a single travel poster. So we hope you understand why we don't make it readily available as digital downloads. Our work is subject to strict copyright laws, and is not available for any type of reproduction or redistribution.

Can I order a print in a size not available in the store?We offer prints in the sizes of 4"x6", 8"x10", 12"x16", 16"x20", 18"x24" and 24"x36". Since we work with third party printers, we cannot offer prints in any other sizes, other than these.

I see a white border in some of the listings' images. Do your prints comes with a white border?Our prints are printed with bleed or edge to edge. This means that there are no white borders or margins in the final print. We do not add white borders and do not customize orders. If you would like a white border, we recommend you order frames that come with a white mat.

Can you recommend what frames I should use?There are multiple types of frames available in the market, and we do not want to gurantee the quality of any of them. However, we always suggest that our customers buy frames that come with mats. This not only frames the colourful prints, but it also makes the illustration appear larger than it is.

Oops! I typed in the wrong address. Can I change it?We request all our customers to double and triple check their address before confirming the order. With the volume of orders, we cannot verify the address of every one of them. Any address errors are not the responsbility of the Studio, and any reshipping wil be at the cost of the customer.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk rate discounts?If you are a retailer and want to stock our prints in your brick and mortar store, please contact us at studio324info@gmail.com. We cannot offer bulk rate discounts or wholesale prices to indvidual customers, unless you are ordering over fifty(50) prints.
